Whilst our Digital Marketing service is totally driven by you and your needs, we do have some initial steps to provide a clear focus on what's needed.
The learning stage…by talking to you, we learn about you and your business…better. We learn about your clients. We learn about your company vision – where do you see yourself in 12 months’ time? Using this information we formulate a 3 month, 6 month and 12 month plan.
2. Presenting the idea
A full report and presentation is then produced, outlining the proposed marketing strategy. This is then presented to you and your team highlighting key objectives, milestones and what success will look like. Nothing happens until we get your total buy-in to the proposed way forward.
Taking the feedback from the presentation, the initial plan is revised and re-presented. Action points are recorded and a process board is set up to record all actions and milestones.
Each month, you will receive a comprehensive report, detailing the actions taken over the course of the last month: successes, failures, (without these, we won't know how to OR be able to improve), as well as suggestions moving forward. On a quarterly basis, we will hold a more comprehensive meeting, reviewing the last quarter's performance and building a new quarterly action plan from the findings.
Our marketing campaigns aren't labelled and don't come in specific 'bronze, silver, gold' sizes because we understand that every campaign will be different. We want to build a long, ongoing partnership with you and your company. This will only come with time and trust.
